The customer agrees to abide by the terms outlined herein. All garments are custom-made based on measurements and specifications provided by the customer, and therefore are not eligible for return or refund. The supplier commits to delivering products that meet agreed-upon standards of quality and fit, and will offer complimentary size adjustments if notified within the time frame specified at the time of purchase. This time frame may vary depending on the fabric and tailoring complexity. Any alterations requested beyond this period may be subject to additional charges. The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and confirming design details before production begins. The supplier reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders under circumstances of misuse, miscommunication, or breach of these terms. All transactions are governed by the laws applicable at Malegaon's Jurisdiction
